All members are expected to familiarize themselves with the following rules of conduct and abide by them. By joining and participating in Naughty Corner you acknowledge that you have read these rules and agree to be bound by them.
1) Illegal activity
DO NOT use the board or its personal mailing system to provide any instructions, tips, or recommendations that may lead to activities illegal in either the board's jurisdiction or your own, nor may you promote or engage in such activities.
2) Incriminating or identifying information
DO NOT provide any information that could incriminate you or another person in illegal activities, nor may you provide any information that may identify another member without the express consent of the member in question.
3) Explicit sexual content
DO NOT post any images, videos, audio files, or stories that are sexually explicit in nature. This includes depictions of sexual arousal and sexual activity. Images, video, and text (or links to same) of spanking in a punitive context only are excepted from this provision provided that they comply with the law in both the boards jurisdiction and your own.
4) Erotic imagery and/or exploitation of minors
DO NOT post images, video, audio, or text involving subjects under the age of 18 that are erotic in nature. Including, but not limited to, images of minors depicted in provocative or sexually suggestive poses where there is no apparent contextual reason for the pose other than the titillation of the viewer.
5) Imagery
Drawn (art, comics, cartoons, etc.)
It is permitted to post drawn imagery depicting the corporal punishment of adults or children provided that it complies with rules 3, and 4 as outlined above.
DO NOT post drawn images which depict frontal nudity (genitalia) of persons who appear to be under the age of 18. Rear (bare bottom) nudity is permitted.
In drawn artwork *ONLY*, tasteful non-sexual frontal nudity (genitalia) of subjects whose apparent age is over 18, is permitted, but only in the context of corporal punishment (subject to review and acceptance by the staff).
3D artwork (Poser, DAZ Studio, etc.)
It is permitted to post 3D artwork depicting the corporal punishment of adults or children provided that it complies with rules 3, and 4 as outlined above.
DO NOT post 3D images depicting frontal nudity (genitalia) of any kind regardless of apparent age, unlike drawn artwork only rear nudity is permitted.
(Photo-realistic 3D images will be treated the same as photographs in terms of what is allowed to be posted. See below)
Photographs
It is permitted to post photographs only in the 'Photos, Adverts, and other non-artwork submissions' section of the gallery.
It is also permitted to post photos as attachments in your forum posts to illustrate said posts.
Such photos MUST COMPLY with the following:
All photos of human beings (be they children or adults) must be fully clothed.
Underwear, Speedos, diapers, bathing suits, etc. are *NOT* considered fully clothed and so are not allowed on NC.
Video
Video is subject to the same rules as still imagery above (drawn, 3D, and real)
It is permitted to post *links* (only) to on-topic videos on the web (IE: Youtube, etc) only in the designated video forums (on-topic & off-topic), and only if they comply with the rules as outlined in this document.
6) Specifically disallowed imagery
These rules are pretty well covered above, but they bear repeating:
DO NOT post actual photographs or videos of real minors being disciplined
DO NOT post actual photographs or videos of real people (regardless of age) unless the subjects are fully clothed.
Underwear, speedos, diapers, etc *DO NOT* constitute fully clothed - please do not post such images.
DO NOT post artistic manipulations of actual photographs or video depicting real persons which have been altered to show any state of undress.
DO NOT post 3D artwork (Poser, Daz Studio, etc.) which depict frontal nudity (genitalia) of any persons regardless of apparent age.
7) Degrading or demeaning content
DO NOT post images, video, audio, or text which depicts behavior commonly regarded as degrading or demeaning. This includes depictions of torture (e.g., striking somebody with the fist or a heavy blunt instrument, the drawing of blood, the breaking of bones, burning, scalding, or suffocation), bestiality, or human atrocity (e.g., murder or execution).
8) Sexual vulgarity
DO NOT post sexual descriptions that are unnecessarily base, vulgar, erotic or pornographic in tone and style. Members are expected to maintain a dispassionate tone when discussing sexual activities and related matters.
9) Unacceptable erotic content
DO NOT post links to, or addresses for, websites that contain erotic material not acceptable under these rules, nor may you promote any such site or materials on the board, nor make requests for such links, web addresses, or materials.
10) Insults & threats
DO NOT directly insult, harass, or threaten any other persons. Members are expected to use appropriate language and tone, and treat others with dignity and respect.
11) Copyrighted material
DO NOT post any materials (including images and text) with declared copyright that you do not own or have the copyright owner's permission to post. Copyrighted materials will be removed upon request of the (verified) owner of the copyright.
12) Posters' responsibilities
While administration and moderators will remove or edit any post that inadvertently break the rules, members retain all responsibility for the content of their posts. You are therefore urged to think before you post potentially inflammatory materials, or materials which contravene the conventions outlined in this document.
13) Hot Linking
"Hot linking", or the practice of direct linking to another web site's files (images, video, etc.), is not permitted.
