View Full Version : 3D Rendered Art

Hi Reks, is there any possibility of having a gallery dedicated to 3D art ? I am aware of some of the issues surrounding the newer generation Poser/Daz stuff but I would endeavour to be very selective in what I post and not post anything that would cause any offence or be considered somewhat " risky ".

Hello Rintintin, JoeThoms,
I just joined as I am interested in creating CG images as well (I've not posted anywhere before). I'm also very aware of the concerns with this content, and between the questions on child pornography the forum a couple of links above, all the 'hushed talk' on places like Spanking Art Wiki and the considerable scope of the laws (which I never thought I'd have to learn or think about until now!) I am a little concerned about doing anything. In the Gallery though I see a number of rendered images.
How do I judge whats risky beyond the current rules? I don't want to make anyone on here uncomfortable.
Can I attach/send some images and people can tell me if they would be acceptable?

@Salalo - Here are the rules of the forum http://naughtycorner.ncimgsrc.com/forum/rules.php
If you read these rules, you should get an understand of what is allowed in the Gallery. If you are unsure what is allowed, it is always a good idea to check with Reks or Mikaedi (Moderators of the forum) before you post.
This is the part of the Rules section that may be of interest to you.
3) Explicit sexual content
DO NOT post any images, videos, audio files, or stories that are sexually explicit in nature. This includes depictions of sexual arousal and sexual activity. Images, video, and text (or links to same) of spanking in a punitive context only are excepted from this provision provided that they comply with the law in both the boards jurisdiction and your own.
4) Erotic imagery and/or exploitation of minors
DO NOT post images, video, audio, or text involving subjects under the age of 18 that are erotic in nature. Including, but not limited to, images of minors depicted in provocative or sexually suggestive poses where there is no apparent contextual reason for the pose other than the titillation of the viewer.
Drawn (art, comics, cartoons, etc.)
It is permitted to post drawn imagery depicting the corporal punishment of adults or children provided that it complies with rules 3, and 4 as outlined above.
DO NOT post drawn images which depict frontal nudity (genitalia) of persons who appear to be under the age of 18. Rear (bare bottom) nudity is permitted.
In drawn artwork *ONLY*, tasteful non-sexual frontal nudity (genitalia) of subjects whose apparent age is over 18, is permitted, but only in the context of corporal punishment (subject to review and acceptance by the staff).
3D artwork (Poser, DAZ Studio, etc.)
It is permitted to post 3D artwork depicting the corporal punishment of adults or children provided that it complies with rules 3, and 4 as outlined above.
DO NOT post 3D images depicting frontal nudity (genitalia) of any kind regardless of apparent age, unlike drawn artwork only rear nudity is permitted.
(Photo-realistic 3D images, just like photographs are not permitted)
It is not permitted to post photographs of any kind. This rule has been enacted due to a certain vocal segment of the membership which seems to find any image of any human being, regardless of age or state of dress to be child pornography. Hell it could be a picture of a 90 year old man in a parka and they'd still call it CP... frankly I'm just tired of dealing with it.
Video is subject to the same rules as still imagery above (drawn, 3D, and real)
It is permitted to post *links* (only) to on-topic videos on the web (IE: Youtube, etc) only in the designated video forums (on-topic & off-topic), and only if they comply with the rules as outlined in this document.
6) Specifically disallowed imagery
These rules are pretty well covered above, but they bear repeating:
DO NOT post actual photographs or photo-videos - at all - period.
DO NOT post artistic manipulations of actual photographs or video - at all - period.
DO NOT post 3D artwork (Poser, Daz Studio, etc.) which depict frontal nudity (genitalia) of any persons regardless of apparent age.

Thank you Titania!
My images fall within the rules I believe. I think I'll message Reks just to make sure the tone is OK though. I never even thought about spanking art in this context before but after reading about it its hard to be objective with regards to terms like 'suggestive'.
Hopefully they are OK, and I can get some members comments soon!

Good luck. Looking forward to seeing your work.

Hi Fakir, the rules are put in place for the protection of all, AOTK is a lot more strict especially with art involving spanking of minors..
